If you’re a Walt Disney fan, you probably know how important Marceline was to Walt. But, Marceline is smack-dab in the middle of the Country – 1,700 miles from Disneyland, and 1,200 miles from Walt Disney World. So stopping by Walt Disney’s boyhood hometown may not be on your drive home. But now, the Downtown Marceline Foundation is offering a unique service in the form of a FUNdraising opportunity – you fill out a form on the website and choose a postcard, and we’ll print your message on the back and send it to your friends anywhere in the USA.

Marceline is honored to have the Walt Disney Post Office just off Main Street USA, which also has a unique hand-cancellation stamp designed in honor of one of Walt’s boyhood memories – the Dreaming Tree, where he’d sit and dream about things to come. The Downtown Marceline Foundation will take your postcard to the Post Office and have each card hand-canceled with that stamp and send it off into the world, so that you can share your love of Disney – and Marceline – with your friends and family, while reminding them that they too should visit our little piece of small town America that’s perfectly imagined.
